1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoGoKG ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GoGoKG is a free online classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers in Kyrgyzstan. We provide the platform for users to post, browse, and respond to classified advertisements. GoGoKG does not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
GoGoKG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listing Rules

All listings must be legal and comply with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Prohibited items include: illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, and any items banned by local law.
Duplicate listings are not allowed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
GoGoKG reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
Listings automatically expire after their respective duration period and may be reposted.

5. No Liability for Transactions

GoGoKG is NOT a party to any transaction between users. We do not verify the identity of users, inspect products, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of items listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

GoGoKG is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or fraud resulting from transactions between users.
We strongly recommend meeting in public places for in-person exchanges.
Never send money in advance to someone you have not met.
Verify the condition of items before completing a purchase.
Report suspicious listings or users immediately.

6. Beware of Scams

🚨 Scam Warning

Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true. Common scams include: fake payment confirmations, requests for upfront deposits, sellers who refuse to meet in person, and phishing links. GoGoKG will never ask for your password or payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content on GoGoKG, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform (name, email, phone number). Your contact information is displayed on your listings as you provide it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Passwords are stored securely using industry-standard hashing.

9. Content Moderation

GoGoKG reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content posted on the Platform. We may take action against users who post offensive, misleading, or illegal content, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGoKG, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGoKG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

GoGoKG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
